ChartLord AI is a licensed software product for market analysis and AI-assisted trading automation. It is not a brokerage, investment manager, or custodian. The buyer retains full control of their trading accounts and funds at all times.

By purchasing this software, the buyer and their facilitator confirm they have read and agreed to ChartLord AI's Terms and Conditions, including:

• No Refund Policy: All digital software sales are final once access or license activation has been delivered.
• License Use: This license is for the buyer's personal use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold without written consent from ChartLord AI.
• Software Disclaimer: The software is sold "as-is", with no guarantee of profitability. ChartLord AI does not promise any specific trading results or income.
• Liability Limitation: ChartLord AI, its representatives, and affiliates are not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or data loss arising from use of the software.
• Authorized Representatives: Facilitators (such as Charity Njambi) are approved partners who assist with client onboarding and payment facilitation only.
• Privacy Policy: Client data is securely stored and not shared except for license management or legal compliance.
• Digital Delivery Confirmation: Product ownership and delivery are complete once the license key or access credentials are issued to the buyer.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Limassol, Cyprus.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ChartLord AI regarding our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the Services.
